HOW DOES IT WORK

Prior to our session, you complete a detailed history form before we meet.

We then meet online for a 60 minute consultation.


DURING THE CONSULTATION

-Typical sleep schedules and routines for your child's age, and what could be adjusted to meet their individual needs.

-Your child's specific sleep challenges and the causes behind them.

-A detailed step by step plan to improve their sleep.


Best for: parents confident making changes without follow up support, looking to discuss specific challenges such as night weaning, early wake ups or nap resistance, rather than learning how to fall asleep independently.

A tailored plan, with the safety net of structured, defined follow-ups whilst you implement it.


HOW DOES IT WORK

Prior to our session, you complete a detailed history form before we meet.

During the consultation we discuss your child's challenges and your goals, and develop a tailored sleep plan.

Afterwards, you can reach out for up to 3 follow-up emails or phone calls while you put the plan into practice.


DURING THE CONSULTATION

-A comprehensive sleep history review.

-A personalised 60 minute online video consultation.

-A personalised written sleep plan.

-3 follow up emails or calls for troubleshooting and guidance, within a 3 week period.


Best for: families looking to work on a variety of sleep challenges, including independent sleep, who want the peace of mind of troubleshooting support and reassurance rather than daily advice.

A personalised sleep plan combined with daily guidance and expert insight, designed to optimise your progress, remove the guesswork and give you the confidence that you're in safe hands every step of the way.

During the consultation we discuss your child's challenges and your goals, and develop a tailored sleep plan.

Afterwards, I provide daily guidance with clear instructions so you feel supported and confident implementing it.


DURING THE CONSULTATION

-A comprehensive sleep history review.

-A personalised 60 to 90 minute consultation, in your home (subject to location and travel costs) or can also be done by video call.

-3 to 4 weeks of unlimited support from your chosen start date.

-Daily WhatsApp support to analyse sleep logs, answer questions and go over next steps.

-Unlimited phone calls as required.

-A wrap up call with a written summary of your progress.
